Biography

Mbulaeni Muladuzi was an 800-metre runner who won three major international titles, taking the 2002 Commonwealth Games, the 2004 World Indoors, and the 2009 World Championships. In both 2006-07 he had the fastest time in the world on the 800 year list. Muladuzi added silver medals at the 2004 Olympics and the 2006 and 2008 World Indoor Championships, and won bronze medals at the 2003 World Championships and the 2006 World Cup. He died quite young from a car accident.
