Mental Health at Work has launched a new tool to help organisations have better conversations around mental health in the workplace.
The tool is a gateway to documents, guides and information from organisations across the UK, all aimed at helping to make a significant contribution to combating discrimination against mental health and providing employers with the tools they needs.
The resources and examples you’ll find in the tool are from a range of different organisations including businesses, charities and the government. The tool covers:
- support for line managers
- way to assess your organisations approach
- ideas to improve workplace culture
- help to develop policy and practice.
Take a look at the Mental Health at Work tool for information and resources that may help you working towards better mental health in the workplace.
Mental Health at Work was created by Mind, the mental health charity, and funded by The Royal Foundation as part of their Heads Together campaign.
