Women Techmakers reinforces Google’s core experience that great innovation takes place through the collective effort of many programmers from diverse backgrounds, and great tech leaders come from everywhere. This initiative brings needed visibility to talented top women leaders at all levels globally --- we hope to raise the profile of technical women contributing to our industry. We hope this will inspire more women to join the tech community, utilize their creative technical expertise, express inspiring vision, and join other active women leaders in creating technologies on Google‘s and other platforms.
