The Institute for Dismantling Racism is a
community organization dedicated to the
elimination of institutional racism and all other
forms of oppression.
Our deliberate process is grounded on intentional
community building through education,
organizing and the establishment of institutional
teams.
The ultimate goal is to develop institutional
capacity for transformation and the development
of anti-racist identity and culture, which will result
in institutions equipped to support and affirm
ALL individuals within and without them.
