LUCI is an inter-campus digital image databank intended for educational use. It presently consists of two parts. The first phase, or "LUCI 1", was funded by IAPIF, uniting resources from UC Berkeley, UC Irvine and UC Riverside's visual collections (this phase of the database incorporates images from the classical Greek and Roman periods only). The second phase added images of California art and architecture. "LUCI 2" was funded by UCIRA and unites resources from a larger UC contingent: Berkeley, Davis, Irvine, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz. |
